We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for products that have been customized, altered, or tailored to customer specifications.

Refunds

SUNG HILLS will issue a refund only if the product ordered is unavailable. The following is the manner in which the refund will be made: 

Credit Card:  SUNG HILLS will re-credit the customer’s credit card account with the refund amount. 

  1. The issuing bank will credit the refund amount to the customer’s account within the stipulated timeframe

SUNG HILLS will deposit the refund amount into the customer’s bank account (for payments made via cheque or net banking within India) within seven (7) business days after receiving the refund request.

We do not issue refunds for payments made from accounts outside India, including wire transfers, cheque payments, and similar methods.  In such cases, refunds are not possible because they are against Indian Regulations.  https://sunghills.com/will issue a credit note of a value equal to the value of the transaction

Exchange Policy

At SUNG HILLS, we source all our products from the finest weavers, artisans, designers, and brands, and conduct a rigorous quality check before shipping them to our customers  In the unlikely event that the customer wants to exchange a product purchased from SUNG HILLS, the terms are as follows:

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:

In cases where you have opted for SUNG HILLS Fall & Pico Service and/or Blouse. Stitching Service, the product is NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange

Products that have the blouse detached, tassels made or fall stitched BY YOU are also not eligible for exchange  

SUNG HILLS does not offer exchanges for products marked as ‘SALE’ and sold under the sale section.

Stitched Blouses & Blouse Material are not eligible for exchange

Fitted Items / Readymade Garments are not eligible for exchange

Apart from the above products, other products are usually eligible for 7 day exchange (subject to some conditions)

We make every effort to ensure that the color of the physical product matches the digital image shown on your screen. There will always be some variation between digital images and physical products.  “Therefore, we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to colour variation.”
Products eligible for exchange should send back in unworn or unused or unwashed or resalable condition along with all the original packaging with the Labels intact.

You can make only one exchange request against each product purchased i.e. a customer cannot make an exchange request against a product received in lieu of an originally purchased product. For details on how to exchange your product, please refer to our Exchange Policy

SUNG HILLS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES
